COMMUNICATION TOOLS

Premier Solutions utilizes several communication tools to implement an Uninterrupted Quality Assurance Program.

Memo Pad or Via E-mail - We keep the lines of communication open by leaving a Memo Pad at a location of your choice or by via email. If special attention is needed in a particular area, there's no need to telephone, as we will check for notes upon entering your facility each day and our e-mail.

Past Performance Report - On a periodic basis, with your permission, we will leave this form at each desk or work station in your facility.

The management team of Premier Solutions has established a customer oriented organization by implementing a quality management system called Premier Solutions Performance System (PSPS).
This system includes Performance Evaluation, Inspection Reports, and Past Performance Evaluations to ensure that you are getting the highest standard of quality service. In addition, we also do periodic phone calls and/or personal inspections by our management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
