Inspection Report - Your facility will be routinely inspected to ensure all areas are being cleaned exactly the way you have specified. These Inspection Reports become a part of your account file and are used to evaluate and if necessary, modify your customized cleaning schedule.
Performance Evaluation - Each month a Performance Evaluation form is completed and signed by the individual you select as our customer contact person. This one-on-one evaluation process gives you and our service the opportunity to get to know each other. Through this process we will understand each other's role while maintaining your facility to the highest standard.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The management team of Premier Solutions has established a customer oriented organization by implementing a quality management system called Premier Solutions Performance System (PSPS).
This system includes Performance Evaluation, Inspection Reports, and Past Performance Evaluations to ensure that you are getting the highest standard of quality service. In addition, we also do periodic phone calls and/or personal inspections by our management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
